The user's entry into our website and enjoyment of the website's services constitutes an implicit acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed below.
1-Scope of our services
Through our website Chalet, we provide online e-rental services for individuals for units owned by individuals (including individual hotel units, furnished apartments, villas and chalets). This is done by announcing all of these units on our website and making them available to website visitors to make reservations electronically (note that our services do not include hotels in general).
2-Legal liability
-Your rental and reservation through Chalet is a direct contractual relationship between you and the owner of the rented unit, in which Chalet acts as the mediator organizing this process through a set of electronic steps (sometimes Chalet is the owner of the rented unit or is responsible for managing it completely through its network of employees, and in this case Chalet is the second party in the contractual relationship with the booker).Although the contractual relationship is directly between the booker and the owner of the rented unit, we at Chalet work to guarantee all the rights of both parties directly until the booker actually completes his stay and leaves the unit he booked.
-The reservation amount remains under our responsibility until the reservation is actually completed and is not delivered to the owner until the reservation is actually completed. In the event of cancellation of the reservation before it begins, we at Chalet will be fully responsible for returning the reservation amount to the booker again after deducting the fixed expenses and any other expenses or the cancellation value of the reservation stated in the cancellation policy.In the rented unit (please review the cancellation policy of any unit carefully before making any reservations on it, as the cancellation policy is largely considered a contract between the owner and the tenant).
-We provide you with the information that the members of the unit owners have entered and updated themselves. All members who are registered on the site have full authority to enter our databases and add their offers directly and update all the details of their offers continuously, from prices to pictures to availability (each member has authority over his own offers only and has no authority or authority over the offers of other members).We try as much as possible to ensure the authenticity of all details included with all advertisements, but we do not guarantee in any way whether this information is accurate and correct or not (except within certain limits that will be mentioned later) and each exhibitor remains fully responsible for all data entered by him.
-We are not responsible for any inaccurate, misleading or incorrect information, and each exhibitor is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including prices and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be considered as a recommendation or endorsement of a quality or service level except in specific cases where we inspect the unit in person and approve it as a reliable entity by the website management. However, we will work to provide the appropriate alternative immediately in the event of any emergency problems or availability problems resulting from incorrect data from the owner.
3-Prices
The prices listed on our website are determined entirely by the unit owners themselves. Prices vary from one offer to another and from one unit to another, as do the discounts applied to each unit, as well as the cancellation and refund terms. Therefore, we strongly advise you to verify the unit details, price details, and cancellation and refund policy of the reserved unit completely before making any reservations on it.
4-In exchange for the service
A commission is collected from the exhibiting owners (a small percentage of the unit rental value). The tenant also pays the value of the electronic service on specific units and not all units, as well as in the case of electronic payment, which is calculated electronically and differs from one offer to another and from one reservation to another (you, as a booker, will be informed of the service fee before making any payment or completing a reservation).
